Stine - Mary Wilcox

Mrs. Mary Stine died at the family residence of John Stine, 5 miles NW of Crawfordsville on Sunday August 1. This old lady more familiarly known to numerous acquaintances as "Granny Stine," was aged 86 last June. Her death was occasioned by a fall received some time before and by which her hip was dislocated. Her funeral took place at Wesley Chapel, Thursday afternoon Aug 3. The deceased was the widow of the late John Stine and had been a citizen of this county about 43 years. - kbz
